Upside/Downside: manufacturing wind

This week, Cleveland played host to an offshore wind conference. It brought together engineers, manufacturers, and others interested in building wind turbines on water. Ohio isn't the only state developing an offshore wind farm. Wagner says the plan is to have five turbines catching the wind in Lake Erie in two years with many more to follow.
