Mary Schmitt Boyer covers the Cavs for the Plain Dealer and doesn't mince words when looking forward to tonight's game in Boston.
SCHMITT BOYER: I'm not sure there's really been a bigger game in Cavs history as we look forward than there is tonight.
Schmitt Boyer says this is likely a must-win series for coach Mike Brown and possibly general manager Danny Ferry. The Cavs team that dominated the regular season has yet to show up for the playoffs. She says what's particularly puzzling is the lack of passion on the part of their star.
SCHMITT BOYER: This is not a LeBron James that any of us are familiar with. And quite frankly most of us and perhaps even LeBron are at a loss to explain that.
It's not just the management that could look different should the Cavs lose this series. With LeBron James, Shaquille O'Neal, and Zydrunas Ilgauskas all entering free agency, Schmitt Boyer say we could see a very different Cavs team next season. But it's not over yet. Tipoff's at 8:00 tonight. If the Cavs win, the series would return to Cleveland for game seven Saturday.
