All this week, NPR is looking at how America cares for its veterans once they return from war. Many are younger and have survived more serious war wounds than veterans in the past. That can mean months or years of recovery at hospitals far from family and friends. That's where the Fisher Housecomes in. The non-profit provides housing to military families so they can be near their injured relatives. ideastream's Eric Wellman reports.
