Ohio is going to expand the idea of Land Banks, popularized in Cuyahoga County, to the rest of the state. Governor Ted Strickland has signed a bill into law which Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen says gives more Ohio's counties a way to combat negative fall-out from abandoned and foreclosed properties.
