Since the 1970's, individual Ohioans who've been ripped off by scam artists have been able to file complaints with the state attorney general's office...and it has often gone after the con-men to recover the lost money.
Businesses that have been ripped off have not been allowed to file complaints......that is, until now. on the change. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports.
