Last week, a Washington, DC think tank issued a report saying poverty in the suburbs has been growing in recent years at almost five times the rate in cities, and the greatest increase occurred in Midwestern metro areas. Even upper-middle-class communities in places like Medina County's Montville Township are straining under this economy. But one neighborhood has found a way to ease the burden.
