Last November, Ohioans faced their 5th gambling ballot issue in 2 decades and finally approved it. It authorized full-scale casinos in Cleveland, Toledo, Cincinnati, and Columbus. Yet, the voters may see still ANOTHER gambling proposal on the ballot in MAY.
COLUMBUS-area voters have a big stake in this issue, because it proposes to MOVE the site of the Central Ohio casino. But that leaves a question --- why should voters in OTHER parts of the state care?
