The Ohio Supreme Court heard oral arguments Tuesday in a tax case that could have huge ramifications for the state budget and the many government programs that it pays for. Ohio grocers filed the case, challenging the authority of the state to levy the new "commercial activity tax", the so-called CAT tax, on their revenues from food sales. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen watched the court proceedings and filed this report.
