ideastream®'s Rick Jackson introduces you to 34 year old Robert Kilo, who is seeking to win a spot in the primary election for the November race for mayor of Cleveland.
Kilo's a Cleveland native and Ohio City resident who says he wants to bring a 'team' concept of government, to City Hall.
