Four Clevelanders are seeking Mayor Frank Jackson's seat this fall, but only two of the five people will advance past September 8th's primary election.
Bill Patmon is a former Cleveland CIty Council member of three terms, representing the Glenville neighborhood. He has run for mayor previously, and says he learned from the loss.
