The Ohio Department of Insurance reports Ohioans are paying more to insure their cars and homes now than they did last year. In an interview with Ohio Public Radio's Jo Ingles, Jarrett Dunbar, a spokesman for the agency, explains what his office found when it looked at average 2008 rates for the state's ten most popular insurance companies.
