Ohio lawmakers and the governor are authorizing thousands of electronic slot machines at the state's seven horse-racing tracks, but that's not stopping casino developers from pushing their OWN plan on the November ballot.
As statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports, though, the casino proposal is not a sure bet for the ballot.
