This summer, the U.S. House of Representatives is expected to vote on a sweeping piece of legislation known as the "American Clean Energy and Security Act." The idea is to make the country less dependent on fossil fuels and create some jobs at the same time. The Natural Resources Defense Council, which is a major supporter of the bill, says Ohio could be particularly well positioned to pick up many of the jobs created. ideastream®'s Eric Wellman spoke with Henry Henderson, the group's midwestern director and its President Francis Beinecke on a recent stop in Cleveland.
