Advocates for Disadvantaged Want More Money from State Budget

Gayle Channing Tennenbaum is Legislative Director for the Public Children's Services Association of Ohio.

She says lawmakers need to put an additional $50 million or more in the budget, for child and adult protective services.

A spokeswoman for a group that serves hungry Ohioans says there isn't enough money in the budget to help buy food for families that can't afford it.
