State Supreme Court to Hear Arguments on "Cat Tax"

For three years now, Ohio grocers have been battling in court against the state's new "commercial activities tax." They're arguing that forcing them to pay the new "cat tax" on the food they sell is unconstitutional. The supermarket owners are especially upset at one particular group for opposing them on this issue - advocates for the poor. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports.
