Last week, the Democratic Secretary of State and the League of Women Voters proposed a contest of sorts to create a formula to draw the boundary lines for districts of Congress, to take the politics out of the process. Now two Republican lawmakers are firing back with their own plan to draw lines in the Statehouse. Ohio Public Radio's Karen Kasler reports.
