The federal stimulus package has been a lifeline for the states, including Ohio, which will get $8.2 billion to shore up its budget and put into education and infrastructure. But some groups that say they're desperately needed in this economy say the funding they are getting isn't enough. Statehouse correspondent Karen Kasler reports.
