Governor Ted Strickland's State of the State speech next week may be the most important address he's ever given. The state is facing a gaping $7 billion hole in the next budget cycle. Tax hikes have been largely dismissed as an option, but some say the state can't cut enough spending to get out of this deficit. Statehouse correspondent Karen Kasler reports.
