The court Friday overturned a federal appeals court ruling that told Ohio's Secretary of State to change the process for verifying voter registrations. Nearly 700 thousand Ohioans have registered to vote since January and about 200 thousand of their registrations might have had to vote provisional ballots if the high court had not reversed the lower court.
