As stocks took another tumble Wednesday, Biden says he doesn't doubt McCain cares about the economy. But he also says McCain doesn't think it's the government's job to help those who are hurting. A McCain spokesman dismissed Biden's talk, saying "Ohio voters prefer John McCain's maverick record of reforming government and fighting for change."
Biden wrapped up his day at the College of Wooster, urging college students to imagine a nation more respected overseas and committed to change at home. He continues his campaign swing through Ohio Thursday, including a first stop at the Football Hall of Fame in Canton.
