A day earlier, a Quinnipiac University poll showed Obama leading by nearly the same margin. The Ohio Poll finds that nearly one-in-four voters say they have not made a final choice for president. It also shows that more Democrats than Republicans plan on voting for the other party's candidate.
The Ohio Poll was conducted from Sept. 5-10. It involved telephone interviews with 775 likely voters in Ohio and has a margin of error of plus or minus 3.5 percentage points.
