CLEVELAND (AP) - A Cleveland area company that makes welding supplies is ready to welcome President Bush and show him around. The president plans to make a visit to Lincoln Electric Co., the largest employer in suburban Euclid. While at the company, he's scheduled to give a brief talk about energy and the economy.
Bush also is scheduled to appear at a fundraiser for Republican congressional candidates in Gates Mills during his brief stop in northeast Ohio. And, he'll present the President's Volunteer Service Award to Linda Campbell, a volunteer with the Junior League and cancer-fighting groups in the Cleveland area.
WCPN will have full coverage this afternoon during All Things Considered.
