Governor Strickland is sparring with leaders in the General Assembly over the estate tax, or as opponents call it, the death tax. Leading Republican legislators say Ohio's tax on estates runs counter to economic development. But Strickland disagrees and he's vowing to fight the GOP move to soften the levy.
