Cleveland City Council's Planning Committee has requested that both the Mayor and the Council president put together a committee to study building a roof for Browns Stadium. The Planning Committee was impressed Thursday with a proposal from architect Robert Corna to put a retractable lid on the city-owned stadium. ideastream's Mark Urycki reports.
