John Kasich releases his budget proposal, including significant changes to Ohio K-12 and higher education funding, at 1 p.m. Details on what Kasich's proposed, new K-12 school funding model means for local districts available later this week. Hearings in the Ohio House of Representatives on the governor's budget proposal begin Tuesday.
