Debate Drought For the first time in more than three decades, we won't see a debate in the Ohio governor's race. Governor John Kasich's camp says, basically, that opponent Ed FitzGerald is too weak to merit one. Other office-holders also have refused debates. Monday morning at 9:00 on The Sound of Ideas, we'll discuss the impact of "debateless" elections. A blow to democracy or, in the social media age, are debates just less important? We welcome your arguments and rebuttals. Join host Mike McIntyre.
