State of the Working Poor New Census data released in September 2014 shows that not much has changed in the last decade for Cleveland's poor. About one in three Clevelanders lives in poverty. And many more are toiling away at jobs, but still struggling to stay afloat. We take a closer look at the working poor and talk with those who are trying to help out.
