Weekly Regional Round-up A local candidate is challenged by the opposing party's state chairman to return a huge campaign loan. Yes, Election Day is right around the corner. Friday morning on The Sound of Ideas we look at local and state races and the apathy that's surrounding many of them. The reconstituted Cavaliers finally hit the court we'll review the opening night hoopla and have expectations for the season ahead. And since when is getting your ducks in a row illegal? One Ohio village has stripped an Iraq war vet of his right to keep his therapy birds. It's the reporter's roundtable with Rick Jackson starting at 9:00 on 90.3.
