Every year it's the same thing: the ball drops at midnight New Year's Eve, and minutes later so do all those well-meaning New Year's resolutions. One of the most popular New Year's resolutions is to help others. It sounds easy but as with so many other resolutions it's hard to stick with it. In fact, it's hard to figure out where to begin.
