The presidential candidates are spending a lot of time and money in Iowa and New Hampshire these days, but historically elections have been decided by voters in Ohio. Journalists John Hockenberry and Adaora Udoji headed to Cleveland recently to pose the question: What if the Ohio primary came first? And they talked to people around the country about how they would change the election process. This morning we'll hear what they found out. It's the latest episode of Your Billion Dollar President.
