As the U.S. Congress works on an energy bill this month, lawmakers in Columbus are doing the same. And in both places the vote will determine energy policy for years to come. On the Sound of Ideas, we'll find out how the energy landscape -- from renewable portfolios to fuel economy and your utility bill -- may be about to change.
