The report card is in. How did your school district fare? And who should get grounded for poor performance... the superintendent, the principal, the teachers or the children? Everyone wants an excellent school. Ohio sets 30 standards to meet. Those include tests, attendance and graduation rates. Forty local districts earned A's.
