Aging Out of Foster Care

Terrell Howard, 22, and ReGine Wells, 20, both lifelong Clevelanders, have aged out of foster care and have begun the hard work of making a life for themselves. Terrell spent eleven years in foster care, ReGine five. It has been a difficult road to adulthood. ReGine is now attending classes at Tri-C; Terrell will start college in August. They're both uncertain of their exact life goals, but they do know they'd like to help others like themselves.
