Coming to America Child migrants crossing the border on their own have captured the headlines, and the attention of the federal government. The Obama administration is asking for $4 billion to deal with the problem. But here in Ohio, we don't see many child migrants. In fact, Cleveland has one of the lowest foreign-born populations among major U.S. cities. We'll discuss what's happening at the border and here in Ohio.
