Voting during the 72 hours before Ohio election days is back on the orders of a federal judge. It's being hailed as a win for both the Democratic party and the democratic process. Could the Democratic national convention come to town in 2016 if the GOP elects not to? Some voices are saying Cleveland would be their top choice.
