Reducing Gun Violence Yet another mass shooting this past weekend has brought gun violence back under the spotlight, but gun safety advocates and gun rights advocates still can't seem to come to an agreement. Greater Cleveland Congregations has a proposal for a new way to reduce gun violence. Their focus is on working reducing the number of illegal guns on the streets and increasing the sale of "smart guns." Would it work?
