Generation Like Today’s teens spend much of their down time pressing a “thumbs up” icon. It didn't take long for the marketing community to figure out a way to turn that little thumbs up into a dollar sign. Marketers are using today’s teens to sell their products through social media for them. But do teens know they’re being used by companies to sell their products? Do they even care?
