The Need to Sleep Sleep can often feel like an elusive indulgence. According to the New York Times, an estimated 80% of working adults suffer from sleep deprivation, a problem that is amplified for the estimated 15 million people who deal with sleep apnea. Scientists are just beginning to learn about the importance of sleep. We'll talk about the importance of sleep for all of us, and how to get a good night’s rest.
