Done with your turkey? Then head to the mall! This year, many stores are starting their Black Friday sales on Thursday afternoon. Some say that's an infringement on family time. One state lawmaker wants employees who have to work on those days to get paid triple their regular wages. But the holiday shopping season accounts for 20-40 percent of all sales annually for the retail industry.
