Be Well

Researchers, in a new study published in the New England Journal of Medicine, have shown that a diet -- the Mediterranean Diet to be exact -- can have an effect as powerful as drugs in preventing heart disease. Find out what the diet is all about and get some recipes, Wednesday morning at 9 on a Be Well edition of the Sound of Ideas.
