The Cleveland Browns are searching for an on-field leader -- their every move tweeted and, often, trashed. Should they seek experience or prize potential? On the next Sound of Ideas, we'll go beyond the stadium to look at how organizations find successful leaders. The Rock Hall hired from within. United Way tapped a CEO from the Toledo chapter.
