Ohio has not been shy under Governor John Kasich about offering tax breaks and other incentives to attract or retain businesses. But Kasich now says Ohio won't be "Giving away the store and getting into bidding wars." We'll look at the change in strategy, the effectiveness of tax breaks and and at how bidding wars in the United States are still alive and well as state and local governments hand out $80 billion dollars annually.
