Rate payers in Cleveland and 61 Northeast Ohio communities are about to pay extra so the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District can manage storm water that runs off of their properties. We'll explain the quarterly fees and tell you how to cut your bill. Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. on The Sound of Ideas.
