Three billion dollars in transportation upgrades....that's the Governor's promise - if a plan he has for the Turnpike comes to fruition. But a likely downside might be higher tolls. Friday on the Sound of Ideas- we'll talk about the plan - tailored specifically to benefit Northern Ohio. We'll also discuss the brewing battle over golden arches in a part of Cleveland that may not want them. And there's a deal between the Feds, and the Cavs - not usually opponents on the court. Join host Rick Jackson Friday morning at 9 - on 90.3.
