Higher education officials have made it clear that the Ohio, which lags the nation in college graduates, needs to improve. A little more than a third of Ohio adults have at least an associates degree. Ohio's Chancellor Jim Petro joins us Thursday to discuss the ideas he charged a task force with investigating. Among them: better credit transfers and controls on tuition hikes. Join us for The Sound of Ideas, Thursday morning at 9:00.
