Celebrated African-American playwright August Wilson tapped into the black experience with his many works, bringing to life issues of race, history and progress. Five of his plays are being produced locally and on the next Sound of Ideas, we'll use the themes from those plays to frame a conversation on the issues facing African-Americans today.
