Dennis Kucinich and Marcy Kaptur have spent years on the same side of the aisle in Congress. Now they're on opposite sides of the ballot, battling each other for the Democratic nomination in the newly formed 9th Congressional District. And the gloves are off. Meanwhile, a third candidate, political newcomer Graham Veysey, says both have reached their Congressional expiration date.
