The Tax Foundation ranks says Ohio's tax climate is poor, ranking 39th among all states, worse than any of its neighbors. We'll compare the tax burden here, for individuals and corporations, with other states. High taxes contribute to the poor ranking, but a recent USA Today analysis claims taxes as a percentage of our gross domestic product in America is the lowest it's been in more than fifty years. Are we paying too much or not enough?
