With Blackberries and laptops and a 24-hour tether to the office, the American worker is more productive than ever... but how about that paycheck? It's not just about the pay, but, a day after the holiday, we're debuting The Sound of Ideas with a look at the folks who put the labor in Labor Day, as well as the non-unionized workforce. You're invited to join us for a conversation about our changing work and our changing workplaces, Tuesday morning at 9:00 AM.

Karen Boroff, Dean of Business, Seton Hall University; Andrew Stern, president, Service Employees International Union; David Meyer, Associate Professor of Business, University of Akron; Peter Meiksins, Professor of Sociology, CSU; Debbie Conley, HR director, Hyland Software; Sarah Coakley, "Minister of Culture," Hyland Software
