Their job is educating our nation's educators, but a new report says teacher training programs are failing teachers and their students. Local education schools say they're doing a thorough job with limited resources. Some counter, however, that it's time to scrap the system and start over. We'll hear from some local education schools and from one of the programs singled out as a model for the nation. Join us Tuesday morning at nine on 90.3.
