What’s Up with Health Insurance Deductions?

So your take-home pay increased by 3% last year, but the health insurance deductions nearly tripled. Hey! What's going on? A recent report indicates 2006 workers contributed more than just one year ago, part of a three-year trend. On top of that, companies are cutting back on benefits. So, where do we go from here?
