Download MP353 recommendations for change, and each could have an impact on the safety forces of the City of Cleveland. But now we have accusations of secrecy... characterizations of inefficiency... fears of redrawn boundaries - all resulting from Mayor Frank Jackson's call to restructure Cleveland's police force. But that call came to people who weren't expecting it, and now they're fighting back. We'll talk about it Thursday morning at nine on The Sound of Ideas.
